We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Research and Development Chemist

DUTIES:

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in scaling up laboratory processes to full production scale.
• Improve existing products and processes to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality control to implement new processes and products.
• Conduct research to develop new formulations and processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all R&D activities comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemistry and related fields.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lab management that will guarantee lab technical maintenance, lab-chemical/technical upgrading, samples and reagents suitable allocation and optimum utilization of lab space.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry , or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the industrial industry
• Strong knowledge of chemistry to develop and improve manufacturing processes for a wide range of products,
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and chemical analysis software.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Valid License and own vehicle
