Run the sea freight department (imports and exports), performing all functions to move and clear cargo efficiently:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage sea freight operations (imports and exports).

2. Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

3. Monitor shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or documentation.

4 . Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.

5. Supervise and support the sea freight team to achieve performance targets.

6. invoice file according to quote and send client copies of all clearing docs and shipping documents together.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3-5years) in sea/ocean freight operations or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Experience working with freight software and shipping portals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
